Charged with a crime? Mr. Leong is a former state and federal prosecutor and has received training from top lawyers at the United States Department of Justice. Mr. Leong is also a leader of the Alameda County Bar Association's Criminal Law Section and serves as the Secretary of the Criminal Law Section Executive Committee.
