BIO

Mr. Leong is a former state and federal prosecutor with years of experience preparing cases for trial and arguing before juries. He handles cases primarily in Alameda County and the Bay Area, including Oakland, Dublin, Hayward, San Leandro, Berkeley, San Francisco, Martinez, and San Jose.

He is admitted to practice in all California State courts and the United States District Courts for the Northern and Eastern Districts of California and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals.

Mr. Leong is also a leader in the Alameda County Bar Association's Barristers and Criminal Law Sections and is this year's Secretary for the Criminal Law Section Executive Committee.
